Dear clients!

In accordance with the agreement of the "Mortgage" loan (item 2.3), we inform you that from 01.03.2023 the interest rate on "Mortgage" loans will change, namely:

• for mortgage loans granted in the period 01.09.2018 - 31.08.2020 the interest rate will be 15.64%, and for loans granted until 31.08.2018 and those granted from 01.09.2020 until 28.02.2022 the interest rate will be 15.64%,
• for mortgage loans granted from 10.11.2020 until 28.02.2022 on real estate other than residential property or land for the construction of detached houses / holiday homes (villas), the interest rate will be 16.64%;
• for mortgage loans granted in the period 01.03.2022 - 14.08.2022 the interest rate will be 16.64%, and for mortgage loans on real estate other than residential property or land for the construction of detached houses / holiday homes (villas) the interest rate will be 17.14%;
• for mortgage loans granted in the period 15.08.2022 - 30.11.2022 the interest rate will be 17.64%, and for mortgage loans on real estate other than rental property or land for the construction of detached houses / holiday homes (villas) the interest rate will be 18.14%;
• for mortgage loans granted in the period 01.12.2022 - 28.02.2023 the interest rate will be 19.64%, and for mortgage loans on real estate other than rental property or land for the construction of detached houses / holiday homes (villas) the interest rate will be 20.14%.

The reference index on January 20, 2023 was 13.64%.
