BC “Comerțbank” S.A. annually publishes information on its corporate governance in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, and information related to its financial and economic activity in the weekly economic publication “Logos-Press”.

Information on financial and economic activity generally includes the Statement of Financial Position, the Statement of Profit or Loss, as well as the Independent Auditor’s Report on the financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the preceding financial year.

As a public-interest entity, the Bank discloses information required by the applicable regulatory framework on its official website, as well as through the official information storage mechanism administered by the State Enterprise “Capital Market” (https://emitent-msi.market.md/ro/).

When disclosing information to the general public, BC “Comerțbank” S.A. complies with the regulatory requirements issued by the National Bank of Moldova and the National Commission for Financial Market, as well as with other applicable legal and regulatory acts.
