The management of CB Comerțbank JSC, has a new Vice-Chairman of the Management Board, Mrs. Elena Cusnir.

The Executive Board of the National Bank approved Ms. Cushnir as a Member of the Management Board on 29.12.2022.

The new Vice-Chair will be responsible for the Development and Information Technology area, which includes the Development and Marketing Department and the Information Technology Department.

Elena Cusnir has held from March 2022 until 22.01.23, the position of Head of Development and Information Technologies Division, being responsible for information technologies, project management, product/service development as well as marketing and communication.

Previously she worked for more than 7 years as Head of Commercial Department in CB "Comerțbank" JSC.

The new member of the Management Board has more than 17 years of experience in the financial-banking sector. Since June 2010 she is a member of the team of CB "Comerțbank" JSC.
