Dear shareholders!

The Commercial Bank "COMERȚBANK " JSC hereby informs that according to Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Moldova No.202/2017 and p. 61 of the NBM Regulation No.127/2013 the direct and indirect holders of qualifying holdings in the bank's capital, including their annual beneficial owners, within April 30, must submit to the National Bank of Moldova the information according to Annex No.41 of the said Regulation, as well as the information according to Annex No.1 or, as the case may be, Annex No.2 of the NBM Regulation No.130/2013.

The information and documents in question shall be submitted to the National Bank of Moldova according to the contact details disclosed on the website

 www.bnm.md (https://www.bnm.md/en/content/contacts).

At the same time, direct and indirect holders of qualifying holdings in the bank's capital, including their annual beneficial owners, must submit directly to the Commercial Bank "COMERȚBANK "JSC the information in accordance with Annex No.1 of the NBM Regulation No.322/2018.
