CB "COMERȚBANK" JSC informs you that from July 01, 2023 will enter into force the changes to Law 308/2017 on Preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, published in the Official Monitor no.159-161 of 11.05.2023.

According to the changes to the law, from 01 July 2023, currency exchange operations in cash with a value exceeding 10 000 MDL will be executed with the presentation of identity documents, and the information from them will be processed by the bank employee.
