    For opening a card account you need to provide a valid identity card.

     

  2. How long it takes for opening a card account?

    The card is issued within 4 working days from the application day or urgently (4 hours), according to current tariffs.

     

  3. How does a card work?

    Card can be used both at home and abroad for cash withdrawals, merchants and online payments.

     

  4. What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    If your Visa card is lost/stolen or fraudulent activity occurs it is necessary to inform the Bank as soon as possible by calling Call Center at 14111, (+373 22) 14 11 11 (service works 24/7).

     

  5. What information do I need to use for online payments?

    Selecting items for purchase, you will need to choose card type "Visa" and enter the next information:

    - cardholder name

    - card number

    - expiry date ( mm/yy)

    - security code CVV2 - a three-digit number found most often on the back of your card

    - 3D-Secure password (if requested by merchant).
