These boxes may hold any items that do not affect the safety of the bank's activities / or storage, use, realization of which does not require special conditions or is not prohibited by the provisions of the applicable regulations, as well as any items that are not subject to wear and tear or deterioration of any kind.

The cost of safety deposit boxes varies depending on the size of the rented box (5 sizes), which can be found on the website Bank's Tariffs.

Small drawers are recommended for storing important documents and papers, valuable jewelry, and large safes for storing artwork or other bulky items.

The safety deposit box can be opened with two keys, one of which is held by the client and the other by the Bank. Access to the safety deposit box may be granted only in the presence of both partners - the client and the Bank representative. The client has access to a special room to examine the contents of the safety deposit box during the working hours of the head office.

The procedure for renting a safety deposit box is following:

You can come to the Bank's head office with your ID card to the following address: mun. Chisinau, 1/1 Independence St;
Sign a safety deposit box rental agreement in two copies, one for each parts;
On the day of signing the Contract you must:

- provide a deposit of 1,200 MDL to cover the cost of replacing the key if it is lost. The bank will return the guarantee to you when the contract is expired or cancelled and the keys are returned;

- pay for the rent of the safety deposit box according to the Bank's tariffs;

- receive from a representative of the Bank the key to the safety deposit box assigned to you.
